For the sake of leading lines, there are some more lines on that open door to attract the gaze towards the chair, which was my subject of interest here. Thank you very much Wendi.

I just noticed your added alternative and it's nice too, but I your original longer lines are more effective for me. Just my opinion.

Cheers! Sometimes I wish I could provide even larger view, and then challenge people to do their own crops. The original was what I thought and saw at the moment.

the alternative crop I like better. The door open or closed , difficult to say. It is more abstract closed and when open I start to get curious :D

Thank you very much Wertti. As usual, I don't tamper with the scenes outside my home. So, fi the door is open, I will not close it for the picture. Besides, I think I may have not taken the picture if the door and that vertical white line on it would have blocked the dark chair somehow. And actually, just as you said, I got curious because the door was open and fully revealed the room there.

First one is superior in my opinion.

Thank you Paul. That first shot is a good reminder how to use a wide angle, and save much time on post processing. Just shoot straight forward, and then crop later, if you think it is necessary. That way there's no need to straighten the vertical lines afterwards.
