Terrific shots Rosa! The bridge in the main shot looks like it grew out of the river. I very much like the first bridge in the PiP also, simple and does the job. However, on a dark night and having had one over the eight at the local, crossing said bridge might be problematic;-))

Two wonderful images Rosa.............the bridge in the main image is very nice and I love the detail in the stonework of both the bridge and the wall with the plants growing all over it. The water in the stream looks beautifully clean and clear.

A cracking PiP as well..........once again with superb detail in the wall and the plants climbing all over it and even in the water. As others have said the nearest bridge looks a bit rickety and narrow.

A great find and photos.

Many thanks for your kind comments Keith. Yes the stream is always very clear. I used to dream of living in a cottage with a bridge to enter it when I was a kid....another unfulfilled dream ;-)
The stone bridge is much wider than it looks at this angle, but I expect a hand rail would be useful at times!!
