A wonderful main image Rosa.............I love the way the distant view is framed by the tree branches and their reflection.........genius! I also like the still water and the air of tranquility!

Two lovely images in the PiPs.............you captured some super detail in the mill in the first one, especially the moss on the roof and I like the more turbulent waters in the second one.

I have been trying out a new 2nd hand camera and so far I am quite pleased with it. I haven't had a chance to look at all the settings yet. It's a Panasonic bridge camera. I'm not giving up my Nikon though :-))

Funnily enough, I've also just bought a second hand camera.......an Olympus E-M10 Mk3 and a 12-50mm lens to go with it. It's nearly half the size and weight of my usual kit and I just wanted something light to carry when we go out and the focus of the day is not photography. I call it my "fun" camera.

The Panasonic bridge cameras are excellent - Jackie uses a Panasonic FZ1000.

That's a good name for it Keith. I have mine for the same purpose :-))

Certainly well worth stopping for especially the main photo, paths are not worth walking at the moment there is no joy in slithering around in mud wondering if you are going to end up sitting in it !! and if farmer use it you no idea how deep the ruts are. What a beautiful series of images Rosa. Even I would risk muddy feet to get lovely images like this. An attractive location and those reflections are wonderful. Terrific composition in all and I love the power of the water in the last PiP.

Most beautiful pictures Rosa! I like most the main one with its calm waters, the reflctios and that white bridge in the background. It's a well chosen pov, as well as with the first pip. The old stone masoned mill house makes a great contrast to the pond.
