Thank you very much Peter. There are no buildings older than 30 years in Poundbury. There are some very expensive flats and houses and also many reasonably priced ones. Not one double yellow line in the whole district! It was the brainchild of Prince Charles, which you might suspect with the names of the squares and pub ;-)

Two beautiful images Rosa............the colours are so warm in rich in that golden light and the architecture looks very impressive.

The image quality is excellent, especially considering the high(ish) ISO used and I guess you were shooting hand held too. Great work.

This is Charlie's pet project I believe. I keep meaning to go and have a look, but have never go round to it.

I put the camera on auto with no flash. I find it the best for me at twilight.

Yes you're right about it being the project of P. Charles. I wasn't sure about it at first, but as the area has grown and with the mix of housing and shops, I really like it. No double yellow lines anywhere either! They also have a very good garden centre, which was quite magical to walk around :-)

That looks so inviting. Did you have lunch here? Very classical looking architecture. It could almost be Georgian.

We went there for the Garden Centre Amelia, it's a lovely one. We had already eaten at Lulworth Cove, but one day I will try their food. It's supposed to be very good :-))
