Me too Denis! We have two similar sellers in my village, so I am lucky. I was surprised to see blue shells though! They tasted just the same :)

Never seen something like that in Italy neither in those past times :-) where, I remember, in the open air daily markets there were men / women from the country carrying a basket of fresh eggs covered with a a neat linen cloth.
I Love it so much together with the splendid hibiscus trees!

Hello Bea, thank you for your great comments. It is quite common to see these, or something like it, near farm entrances and in villages. We have two families in my village who sell eggs like this, from their few hens. The hibiscus tree was more beautiful than I could show you in my photos Bea.
