Sometimes we moan about the rain Dinesh, but cannot do without it. My garden is certainly enjoying it! The vegetables have never grown so well.

A lovely colourful photo Rosa with a title that took me back to 1967!

To add to your information. Carl Wayne was the lead singer with The Move back then and later took over as lead singer with The Hollies until his death in 2004. I saw him 3 times with The Hollies. What a lovely man he was and so sad that he is no longer with us.

This wet bench with a beautiful flower background looks so inviting , despite the rain! The colours of the flowers are so nicely reflected on it and on the tiles that the image looks so atmospheric as to remind this old quote "Some people feel the rain, other just get wet", probably by Bob Marley.

Thank you dear Adele. I took a picture from the same position the next day, when there was no rain, but I preferred this one! It somehow shows the colour more brightly. I am pleased you noticed the reflections....that is also what I preferred to the sunny day picture. I love the quote....I just use an umbrella ;o) Well actually I did get wet taking this picture!

This reminds me of our weather at that time, Rosa. It's a bit better today thank goodness. We are meeting up in Shrewsbury today with a cousin I haven't seen since 2018. They live in Kent.
