The chandeliers were beautiful in every room Jean. I think the presents were just boxes...just what my children loved more than the gifts when they were toddlers ;-))

A beautiful pair of interior shots Rosa............both show off the Christmas tree and presents very well. I Especially like the 2nd image as it give more context. Such a classical setting.

I'm beginning to feel a bit guilty now..........we haven't even thought of Christmas decorations yet. We don't normally decorate until around the 13th, and we're in no hurry as our youngest daughter and the grandchildren won't arrive until the 23rd.

I'm afraid I'm a bit of a "bah humbug" person at this time of the year........

I liked the 2nd image best really Keith, but there was so much 'noise' on it, so I decided on the other shot. I am pleased you like them though.

Don't feel guilty Keith. I haven't been in the loft to get all the gear down yet either!! I love the lead up to Christmas and the two days, but then I want it all over with :)) When I was young, it was back to work straight after Boxing Day!

My decorations are out the loft but won't be going up till some time next week at the earliest so don't be guilty

I'm glad I'm not the only one................to be honest, if it wasn't for the grandchildren coming to visit, we probably wouldn't bother with decorations at all :-)

Great pair of Christmas images Rosa. I like the richness and warmth of the colours in the room, the framing in the first picture and the rather grand chandelier.

Thank you for your kind comments Doug. Yes all very grand! Someone still lives in part of the house. I tried to get some nice pictures of the chandeliers, but a bit hit and miss. I might put one on here soon and see what you all think :)
