Few years since I have been to Weymouth and this scene eludes me, Lovely composition Rosalyn lots of blue for the summer and it looks like moorings there are at a premium.

Most of the big, expensive boats are in the new harbour the other side of the opening bridge. This was taken the other side of the old harbour, leading to Nothe Fort and Brewer's Quay. Thank you for your kind comments Maurice.

A very nice picture of the harbour, and such a nice blue sky!!
I had encountered my seagull just a little further upstream from this spot (outside the chip shop..)
Those two boats in the foreground give a great sense of balance to the picture, which of course I like very much

Hermosa vista del puerto, con la mar casi a la altura de los edificios. No veo pantalones, pero si me gusta el orden de lugar que establecen esos amarres fondeados con bollas. Supongo que las mareas no tendrán mucha diferencia de altitud ahí.

The tide does not alter significantly in this harbour Jose. The new harbour is the other side of the bridge which opens every 2 hours during the summer months. Thank you for your interest and kind comments.
