I hope they have good flavour. The ones we get from the polytunnels of Southern Spain are completely flavourless in my opinion. Mind you, I became allergic to them about 10 years ago so maybe my knowledge is out of date.

Florida strawberries are superb! Plant City, FL is known as "The Strawberry Capital of the World" --- it is a big deal in that small town ..
They have a Strawberry Festival - including concerts - vendors - rides and all those things.
But what I always found interesting - the Day of the Strawberry Parade - the entire town shuts the doors.
Nobody will conduct business, because they will be at the Parade !
