says it all. It’s so difficult to stay positive. We have had some low weeks but trying to work through it by playing catchup with lots of ignored household and gardening jobs and a couple of trips to the recycling centre. It does help a little bit.

She does look rather miserable while he is looking away as if disassociating himself. One could make up all sorts is stories. It’s an interesting and thought provoking image. It’s a week since I had my second jab and it’s been pouring rain all day. Hope the weather is better where you are.

Well, Keith, after reviewing the comments I think this photo can fairly be described as evocative. My thought, though, was "Where's buddy's horse?" Anyway, you gave these people a beautiful setting with an attractive frame within the frame. I especially like how you photographed the scene straight on -- I always like that because we rarely look at things straight on.

They say a photograph should tell a story. You seem to have told several ones here. Great work.

Thanks for your insightful comments John............I always try to find a story (or two) when I take a candid shot............and it seems that I've succeeded on this occasion.

Un petit chapeau, un petit bonnet s'aimaient d'amour tendre...mais comment s'y prendre ? (what is the question ) J'ai une autre interprétation. Peut être est ce Adam et Eve (un peu vieillis) qui sont absents de ta photo " bluebell Woods". Ils ne trouvent plus le chemin qui y mène. Peut être vaut-il mieux qu'ils restent sages quelque temps. La derniere fois qu'ils ne l'ont pas été ça nous a valu quelques ennuis. Amitié. Jean paul

Ha, ha...............thanks for your interesting comments Jean Paul. You could be right, however I suspect the truth is much simpler.............just an elderly couple who are getting a bit fed up with each others company over the lockdown!

You caught the situation perfectly and it's also a perfectly composed photo! Hopefully things will look up as we go into summer:-)
