Hawksbeard

Hawksbeard
Taken on my tabletop. This wild flower is very similar to a dandelion, but I think it's one of the varieties of Hawksbeard. It's very confusing as there are a myriad of yellow wildflowers that look like these.

Superb details, Keith. Yes I think it is an example of Hawksbeard (Crepis), but there are 200 species in this genus and it's very difficult to tell some of them apart. I love the details on the buds and stem.
