What's Up? :)
This week in SSC:
"Photograph your image in portrait orientation"
Lots of snow from me this week. More in the PiPs!
(This was one of those times when I forgot to check my settings before going out and wound up shooting in JPEG with auto ISO. I hate it when I do that! ;-)))
...and for Sight and Sound:
4 Non Blondes from their album "Bigger, Better, Faster, More!" (1992)

Et une très belle série en PIP
Karen's Place club has replied to neira-Dan clubBut don't step up to hard or don't lean at the tree, otherwise your lens will get some snow from above! ;-)

Wie hatten dieses Jahr keinen richtigen Schnee und deshalb freue ich mich über deine schönen Winterfotos.
Karen's Place club has replied to Heide clubKaren's Place club has replied to Esther clubAuto-ISO is annoying but it has turned out well. Shooting with high ISO in sunshine is worse, that has happened to me repeatedly when I forgot to change my settings;-)

Karen's Place club has replied to Heidiho clubYes. I really love that song too. It's a good one.
Karen's Place club has replied to JanAll in a vert orientation, all perfect. GREAT JOB!!! :)
Karen's Place club has replied to Janet Brien clubIt's funny but the main pic has only a little post-processing. I upped the contrast and shadows just a touch. I think it looks this way because it's a1600 ISO JPEG. I don't know what else it could be. :))

That tree looks enormous! Is it in your garden?
Many years ago I visited California and up to Oregon, and I was lost for words at the size of the trees there.
Best Wishes, and a good weekend
Peter
Karen's Place club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubThese trees are actually right next to our house. The pov is making them look pretty huge but they are big. I just love having them here. They add so much to the property. I'm glad you enjoyed the series. :)
