The writing's on the wall
There isn't much graffiti around here but I found this at Peregian Beach. A pity that the graffiti creator has done this to a charming mural. The mural depicts the typical beach access with fish, a dolphin and a whale frolicking in the Pacific Ocean :-)

The original must have been lovely. I thought at first the whole pic looked good, but after reading it's sad that someone couldn't respect the original artwork.

that mural is fabulous! I never thought about doing that, I was just going for graffiti .. we have loads of murals here in the city. I bet someone here has destroyed them!

Love your choice for this week's challenge Gillian. Very nice mural and such a shame that someone had no respect for the artist's work. (I like Gudrun's comment about a dog leaving it's mark)

I agree with Wierd about how thoughtless some people can be. The original mural will have taken hours to conceive and produce whilst the tags will have been added in seconds! :(

Still, it gave you a good choice of subject for the challenge! :)
