It, and the commeents so far, tempted me to spot the non-straight lines. There aren't many, other than letters and numbers, but the two (or three) most prominent are the S-curve in the pipe and the reflecting arc at top middle and the burger circle. Too subtle, the latter? Dunno - it does draw my eye, once II saw the upper arc. But I blather on.

Originally I was fgoing to include a tree on this side of the road to represent what we think of as nature, Bob, but it didn't work.

A clean and sharp image with lots of detail John. I like the brick wall with the different coloured bricks. I also like the sign at the top of the bloke that looks like Count Dracula.

I hope the sign on the pole doesn't mean Photography Prohibited or you're in trouble!

And i was amused by the alternative interpretations we can make of the posters, such as if I pass 'Better Burgers, without the use of antibiotics or hormones', how do I prove it? Do I have to bring in a sample for them to analyse and if clear of them do I get a prize? A little bit baffling that one and how do you fry a shake? I see Better Burgers manages to do so here!

There's another chain in Toronto, Andy, that uses beef from registered herds, so they can show you a certificate for your hamburger. Of course, I would have little idea of whether such herds even exist, or, if they exisy, what their certificates look like. Then there could be problems similar to those with "low-fat" -- often the low fat is compensated for by extra salt. Or probiotic -- in Canada you dopn't have to show that there's enough probiotic bacteria in your yogurt to produce beneficial health effects.

And speaking of pipe dreams, one of the coffee chains here has gone into a joint venture to open cannabis shops. No word yet on whether they'll be selling it out of the coffee shops. They won't be where I live, though. Ontario has decided to make cannabis sales a government monopoly. Their schedule for opening stores seems guaranteed to perpetuate the black market.
