Attack of the Hollywood Robots (Explored)
The Sunday Challenge: Forced Perspectives.
The real Robby the Robot was a 7 foot tall creation that made his first appearance in the 1956 film, Forbidden Planet. He later appeared in a number of television series including, Lost in Space and The Addams Family. For more information about Robby, check out en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robby_the_Robot.
This model is less than a foot tall. I posed him near a very large house and used a narrow aperture to get the best depth of field. I also used flash to avoid having the much lighter background overwhelm the subject.

Funny we both opted for robots to meet the challenge! ;)
Congrats on Explore, and thanks for the memories!
