Yes, the power lines are above ground in this section, they've been telling us for about 10 years that it is in the works. Whatever that means. :(

Edit+ The entire main business area have all the lines buried.

Thank you Diederik always appreciate your thoughts! No thankfully we evaded a power outage but the surrounding areas weren't so lucky and what a bitter cold night for them to have an outage. Brr.
