Spring at 2000 Metres
Where the snow melts, the first to appear are the Alpine Crocuses. The photo was taken above the Lake Falkert (Carinthia, Austria) at about 2,000 metres above sea level. Unfortunately, the Falkert mountain was still unclimbable due to the masses of old snow.

Wo der Schnee weicht, zeigen sich als erstes die Alpemkrokusse Alpemkrokusse. Die Aufnahme entstand oberhalb des Falkertsee (Kärnten, Österreicht) auf etwa 2.000 Metern Seehöhe. Der Falkert war wegen der Altschneemassen leider noch unbesteigbar.
