Reustener See

The lake emerged on the site of an old shell limestone quarry (defunct since the 1960s) that filled with ground water. It is now used for angling.

Der Reustener See entstand, als sich der in den 1960ern aufgegebene Muschelkalksteinbruch mit Grundwasser füllte. Heute wird der See von Anglern genutzt.

Danke vielmals, Volker! Nicht nur kleiner (allerdings doch größer, als es auf dem Foto erscheint), sondern hier gibt's auch kein ausgedehntes Höhlensystem dahinter, denn es ist der etwas härtere Muschelkalk. Ein schönes Wochenende auch euch!

Ist also eine Gegend mit Kalksteinfelsen und dort findet man bestimmt auch viele Höhlen und Auswaschungen (Schwäbnische Alb...Blautopf usw.). Die Farbe dieser Gewässer ist meist shr intensiv.
