Thank you so much, Amelia! Most of the threads I inherited and they tend to break when you use them. And no, I hate sewing, it's much too fiddly and my eyes aren't good enough! The only thing I do is sew on buttons or repair a bit of seam, but only when it's a very little bit;-)

Ein solches Nähseidenkästchen habe ich auch mit Röllchen von jeder Farbschattierung. Sie haben sich in über 50 Jahren angesammelt. Nur ist es bei mir nicht immer so aufgeräumt :;-).

Schönen Dank, Uli! Das "Abteil" ist bei mir nur deswegen aufgeräumt,weil ich es fast nie benütze;-) Das Kästchen ist so eines mit 3 Etagen zum Auseinanderziehen und Aufklappen und die Nähseide ist überwiegend Erbmasse von den Omas/ Großtanten.

immerhin ist die untere Reihe schon farblich sortiert und ein Röllchen relativ neu ;-);
so ein altes Nähkästchen habe ich auch noch mit Stopfpilz, Strumpfbändern u.a., was man früher für die Handarbeit brauchte, ganz selten schaue ich mal hinein, wenn ich z.B. eine Sicherheits- oder Stopfnadel brauche ;-)
