You certainly had beautiful weather in Norway last year. Lovely scenery, gorgeous colours of autumn and the typical red boathouse complimented by the red hulls of the fishing boats, make for a stunning scene, Gudtun.

Thanks a lot, Amelia! The stable high pressure must have been the recompensation for the incessant rain I had during my earlier holiday in Iceland;-) This region in Nordland is a preferred holiday spot for Norwegians themselves.

Schönen Dank, Tanja! Der eigentliche Ort ist auf der anderen Seite, aber er wirkt auch recht gemütlich;-) Direkt am Hafen ist ein Büro (Stadtverwaltung oder so), und jedesmal kommen die Herrschaften mit der Kaffeetasse auf den Balkon und gucken Schiffe und wer aus- und zusteigt;-)
