Thanks very much, Amelia! This year there was quite extraordinary high pressure over Scandinavia- normally late October is storm season... The waves were made by the small launch that ferried people to Urke (the Hurtigruten ship lies at anchor in the fjord).

Herzlichen Dank, Percy! Das war außergewöhnlich schön, das Schiff liegt auf Reede und man wird ausgetendert, wenn man in den Ort möchte. Der Fjord wird nur im September und Oktober angefahren.
