Ladybug Wingies!

Ladybug Wingies!
Every once in a while, this ladybug would open its wingies and then close them again. It never took off, which made me happy because I was able to release it outside much easier that way!

I love how the wing casings are almost translucent under the light from your flash. It's amazing that those delicate wings don't get bent and damaged being packed away underneath! Such a well timed and well observed shot.
