Is the amount of content that I can upload or publish limited?

Yes. The precise limits depend on your subscription plan.

Standard package No limit with respect to the total number of photos uploaded and no monthly upload limit. But storage for all your content is limited to 100 GB. With typical file sizes that is enough for several 10,000 photos. File size is limited to 500 MB. If you need more storage you can buy additional space.

Basic package Total number of photos uploaded is limited to 2,000. Storage for all your content must not exceed 5 GB. There is a monthly upload limit of 200 MB. File size is limited to 2.5 MB.

Free guest account Total number of photos uploaded is limited to 20 and file size to 2.5 MB. Thus total storage used for your content may not exceed 50 MB.
