Same walk and scramble down as adjacent image. My first such scramble in years (post - COVID). I did it all the way down (this shot is from the halfway point) and, importanly, back but was shattered at the end. Out of practice. (And, in my defence, I had the wrong footwear and the rocks were crumbly and the grass slippery). I need to get much fitter for revived walks in La Sierra de Cabrera this coming spring!

Hi Laura!
Yes, a much needed blast of fresh air and a chance to stretch my legs. In recent years (well, 2011-2018 summer only as I moved to Spain) I've used this coastline to try to get fit after my various ailments and in general it's worked. When I last lived here (2005-2009) I explored this coast extensively but alas without a camera!,

Thanks, Isabel! Another hospital day today and because of the Junior Doctors' strike, a very long one. As my parents can't use their landline and don't have mobiles, if i'm later than expected they get very anxious. Can't be helped. All OK with me and I am going to have to get a sim card for UK numbers so that they can at least call me if necessary. Or, I stay in all day every day and go out of my mind with boredom!
