Madrid night lights
Torre Windsor burnt down on this site in 2004 and El Corte Inglés (think cross between Harrods and M&S) bought the site and made it one of their flagship stores. (And I was pleased to see the classic Triumph bike there!).

Well, the department store was open; it wasn't all that late! But I dislike light pollution and thankfully it's turned off before midnight. It goes through green, red yellow and blue as well as purple - about 2 minutes per colour.
