Crane's ballet !

Yes, I have been following this slow-motion ballet for about 3 months, Isabel!
They do a grinding, heavyweight job ... but manage to be graceful at the same time. A strange paradox!

I guess social distancing doesn't apply.

This is Spain. One of the reasons we have such poor Covid-19 figures is that the Spanish simply don't 'get' social distancing. You can't have a conversation without them approaching immediately to within inches. It just isn't possible for them. So I have to self-isolate and have done so since the start.
I imagine Spanish cranes have a similar mindset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But British 'reserve' should have obviated this. So why are British figures as bad?

Don't get me started ! I think the present Westminster government has a lot to answer for.
Being slow in taking action, chopping and changing and telling lies. People don't know what to believe. And then there's the Brexiteers and also a fair number of idiots. In Scotland we have a much clearer message and we didn't vote for Brexit but we have our own brand of idiots. I do think people find it difficult to keep their distance. They may not come very close but a good number don't stick to two metres.
