Would love to say I took this today, Cheryl but this was taken in September 2016.
Actually most of my recent posts HAVE been same day as I have been taking my exercise and stocking up on vitamin D on long walks in the sunshine (Madrid has its compensations!).

In 2016 I left my flat three times. Once to go to the Sierra de Guadarrama, another time to Chinchon and Colmenar de Oreja and this was the third time. I didn't go to Cornwall and I could no longer do anything much as I spent the whole year undergoing chemotherapy for leukaemia. But I got through it. Needless to say my energy levels mean that long mountain treks are a thing of the past, sadly.
