Greenbank Cove

Greenbank Cove
There is a faint path down to the shore and this is the start (or end - depending upon which end I set off from) of my favourite shore-line rock hop and coast walk - strictly low tide only!

i always enjoy your shoreline photos, but this one seems particularly special to me (even before i read the story). i found the path! i like how the rocks show through the water connecting shore to sea.

i get the feeling you might enjoy this version of my husband's song, 'Song to the Siren' sung onboard a vessel in Greece: www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5lEiM7VC6c

........ OK I'm back, 3 hours later!
So let me see if I have got this right, You are married to this chap Stuart Anthony, obviously a musician of some talent! I haven't heard of him, I'm afraid, but then I hadn't heard of Nick Drake until a few years ago. But I did like Tim Buckley and had 3 of his records, Greetings from L. A. (excellent, I listen to it to this day) and a couple of live albums recorded at LA's Whisky A-Go-Go. I was sad when he topped himself and sad when his talented son died in a freak drowning accident.
I got to know Tim Buckley's music in France in the 70s where his work is revered. In England he was pretty much unknown until there was a bit of interest when Jeff Buckley became popular. Amazing how similar their voices were!
Perhaps I misunderstood your comment, Laura - I have been known to do that! if so, please accept my apologies for my ramblings!
With all best wishes,
Andy
