Nilgen Reserve

While the tracker was working I took the D810 out to try with the Milky Way. The remotes are different so I could not use the camera for deep space work. This Is a double Row Bow as it was so high but it shone so brilliantly in the night sky . This was shot with the clear night filter.

So far I am impressed.

PIP Just past the "tree" line , no clear night filter.

Many thanks but do not expect many more form the D810 toooo many pixels your time goes down to get pin point stars. OK for tracked deep space which is what I want it for. I still think it performed very well straight out of the box I had it in my hand some 13 hours to try.

Thanks Herb but way to many pixels for some decent times but it did a good job none the less. perfect for tracking once I get the remote.
