Shadows On the wall...Rooster of Barcelos

Thank you I could not believe it when I saw it.

Where did you found them , Steve? I stayed some hours in Barcelos during my tour of Portugal in 2005. I have a nice little souvenir, a rooster! Almost like the one in the site.

We had these as a display in the cafe the three different sizes.

Well seen and caught, they look better as shadows than they could possibly look for real:-)

On that I agree far more interesting thats for sure

I must admit Steve that I too am a sucker for shadows. I am always undecided to present it as a high contrast or low contrast scene. I see you have opted for the latter here. A very nice and somewhat amusing capture here. Well done. ~ Herb
