The historic crucifix shaped church Strømsø Church was opened in 1667 is located in the Strømsø district of Drammen. The tower of the church was not built until 1694. The church's architect was Daniel Knoff.

That is a really beautiful church and you've captured it nicely in both shots. I much prefer the winter shot though...............just because it seems to "belong" if you know what I mean!

I prefer the snowy photo, Rosa, and very much preferred the camera I was using then to the one that superseded it. The latter didn't last long, I replaced it with the camera I now use.
