I totally agree with Dave, we're here now, no need to harp on about,.....what was it called again?;-) I saw some remarks in other posts, let's please all just move on?
Me personally, I have no need whatsoever to post or read links to articles, to restart the feedbackforum from....., or discuss anything pertaining the other side........

I'm slowly getting the hang of it here, after some uploadproblems yesterday.....
I do not even want to consider myself a F*****-refugee, I simply found a new, pleasant, easy to work with, site to post my work in.;-)
See how it goes for a while before deciding on "club".....;-)

First of all thanks to the Ipernity Team for such a smooth transition, especially since you had to deal with the large influx of Flickr members. Your efforts are greatly appreciated & trust things will settle down for you.

What a pleasure to see such a well laid out format that is user friendly. Didn't take long to find my way around. :)))

Oh and I sure hope that you do not become part of Yahoo !

As an addition here are two other groups which worked pretty well after groups are made in Ipernity public but get a little bit sleepery during the years are worth for a "special-promoting" by the Team:

This will help to get the suggestions at a single point where everyone would see how common his improvement - suggestion was so it wouldn´t be needed to - ahm - flood your ticketingsystem by maybe hundred times about the same wish which are already on your list. Or discuss it in every group again...

The secong group which I will suggest to promote a little bit was the following:

This was a group which was well-driven in these days after the beginning of groups at Ipernity to get an overview which groups are here around - just to avoid these many groups which have the exact same topic which we know from Flickr already and to announce new groups if there wasn´t any specific one which was made for the same topic already.

It would be nice to give this both a second life (and if someone suggest it - no, they aren´t "mines" - exp. I think we shouldn´t talk in this way about mines and yours cause groups are just ours...).

Ich finde die Bezeichnungen Flüchtlinge, Emigranten etc. nicht gut. Das hört sich nach Krieg an. Krieg gibt es genug auf der Welt. Im Ipernity herrscht Frieden über alle Landesgrenzen hinweg. Viele Freundschaften sind hier grenzüberschreitend entstanden. Ich wünsche mir, dass die vielen neuen Mitglieder sehr schnell zu unserer großen Ipernity-Familie gehören. Ich wünsche mir, dass zwischen den alten und neuen Mitgliedern ein schönes Miteinander entsteht. In meinen Gruppen sind bereits neue Mitglieder eingetreten. Ich bin in neu gegründete Gruppen der neuen Mitglieder eingetreten. Es liegt an uns, aus der Situation für alle das Beste zu machen. Wir haben eine Gemeinsamkeit, das Fotografieren. Das Ipernity gibt unseren Fotos und Freundschaften eine Heimat. Die Chance des Miteinanders und Austausches sollten wir ergreifen und unbelastet aufeinander zugehen. Uns die Hände der Freundschaft reichen.

As I get settled in after downloading my photostream from THAT other place, I find there is a feature missing in the Organize function.

One useful tool was the ability to see all those pictures that were NOT currently part of a set. Can this feature be added please? :)

It is. Click on the link which provide more search options at the bottom of the organizer.

Hey Team, are you currently working on the group-discussions?
I had much questions replied with a walktrough how to do this and where to find that in www.ipernity.com/group/nfs/discuss/142565 and they all disappearing. Other have mentonied it, too (and provided a screenshot of it: www.ipernity.com/doc/malona/11537543).
So was it just a admin running wild or is there something broken with group-discuissions in general in this moment?
