From door to door to door!

A wonderful capture Rosalyn, in these grand houses everything was done to impress in the hope of attracting a royal guest. I hope your day has been a little drier than here, good weed growing weather !!!!!!!!

Thank you Peter. The family still live in this house and it does have a lovely feel to it, even though it is so grand. The entrance hall is amazing....pictures to follow soon. Yes the weeds are having a good time of it!

I loved it there Maurice. So much to see inside and out. Loved the Field to Fork Museum and the tractor simulator ;-) Have you been there?

The house is lived in and I did see Lord Leicester. The loveliest room was their sitting room I thought. They have three children and it did have a feel of being lived in, but I am happy to stay in the modest dwelling.
