Excellent. I used to use the bulblets forming in thje flowerheads as well as the youngest leaves in cooking, but with care! Too much and the flavour is simply overpowering!

Thank you very much Bill. It's that time of year when we are so busy with the garden and DIY...in your case ;-) I don't have time for flickr at the moment as someone in the family has had an operation and I am helping out. Away next week though :-)
