The Dalles former Elks Lodge (#0253)

The BPOE building seemed to be abandoned, but there was a sign on the front indicating that there was crowd-funding effort to convert it into a neon sign museum. Given the existence of prominent neon sign museums in other areas, I was surprised to see this.
