National Welsh coaches – 20 Jul 1986 (39-31)

National Welsh coaches – 20 Jul 1986 (39-31)
Sunday 20 July 1986 – Vehicles of the National Bus Company subsidiary National Welsh also carried the Welsh language fleetname Cymru Cenedlaethol in addition to the name in English.

UD153, a Duple Dominant bodied Leyland Leopard new in early 1977. I am having a little difficulty getting the actual registration number of this coach because despite the clarity of the fleet number which isn’t the original number it had, I cannot cross check it with a registration number. I believe it is one of three coaches delivered to Jones of Aberbeeg (PKG 723-725R) or one of the three delivered to National Welsh (PKG 726-728R).

UC193 (PKG 104Y), in National Express livery, which is an Eastern Coachworks bodied Leyland Leopard new in December 1982.
