Go-Ahead Northern 7024 (574 CPT) (B24 GVK) in Blackpool - 3 Oct 1992

Saturday 3 October 1992 – Go-Ahead Northern 7024 (574 CPT) seen parked during a stay in Blackpool having brought visitors to the famous Blackpool Illuminations. The company used the Voyager name for its own coaching operations.

It is a Plaxton Paramount 3500 bodied Leyland Tiger TRCTL11/3RH that was new in March 1985 registered B24 GVK.

The background features a row of traditionally solid looking red brick houses found all over Lancashire which also feature slate rooftops. The slates are seen here with the equally traditional glistening finish created by Lancashire rainfall!
