The west face of Ingleborough
Taken from the side of our holiday cottage, situated some 15 miles away from the slopes of Ingleborough itself. Our cottage is very much in the county of Lancashire but we are looking at the Yorkshire Dales here.
I have posted many photos of this mountain before but for those not familiar with this:
Ingleborough is the second-highest mountain in the Yorkshire Dales, England. It is one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and is frequently climbed as part of the Three Peaks walk. Elevation: 723 m. WiKi
