To show the effect of the Clear night filter on the night sky. The Clear night filter is designed to reduce the appearance of light pollution in images that include the night sky, and to minimize illumination from artificial light sources.
Another name is red Enhancing filter and why I first bought one for my deep space lens but it certainly helps with the light pollution from cities.
