Footbridge over the River Keer

We are approaching the end of our round walk here on the River Keer from and to Carnforth. A rather nice and quite old wooden footbridge that would lead us back onto the seaward side of the river but that was not for us today. See PiP for top view.

Another old bridge for the collection Toz. Not so grand but quite a busy one here as lots of people take this for the extensive paths on the other side. Our route di not take us over it.

Thanks Maggs. Yes, it was all very flat here. One just had to be careful to keep to the proper tracks as the edge of the water was like quicksand.
