Achmelvich Bay
Enjoy with me this breathtaking, beautiful beach along the highlands coast in the Sutherland region of Scotland. My idea of paradise with pure golden sand, clean cool water and scenery inhabited only by birds and rabbits. Not a footprint or unnatural sound to spoil the magic.

Bonne journée salutaire.
All the best TOZ
Herb Riddle club has replied to TOZ clubThe 500, is a very popular route and almost everywhere on it has now gone busier and more expensive. Both this and Clachtoll have bigish caravan sites almost on the beach but it runs along a road that would give many people nightmares if towing. A motorhome is then better. We followed the winding road past Clachtoll via Stoer and Drumbeg, car only, and I still wake up in a sweat! On our truer big 500 type of route that we took in 2014 we stayed at Durness and Dunnet head on the north coast returning down the East coast via Wick, Inverness and Aviemore. Hope this feeds your hunger.
Keep safe. Herb
