Another old boat picture, this time showing more of the harbour village too.

Now ask the question "have we not seen these boats depicted on the adjacent picture"?
If so "how is it so different?" (see pip)

Enjoy full screen.

Amazing the difference a change of angle makes

Angles and p.o.v's are everything Peter and this is a classic example of the results.

Herb'... you ask .. ''how is it so different ?'' - is there 'something specific' in the photo's that you are asking us to pick out ?... I have looked for ages - can see only a different angle of shot... I even took a look around on 'Street view'... / Ps. interesting remote region... good for exploring / the footpath seems to be a surfaced old rail line...
Cheers - and keep well - from Dave.

Thanks for the lookin David and also your reactions here. The question arose as I was editing these out for my private collection. I could see here that the old boat had to be the same one as the previous picture but the others -were they the same? -if so how could that second blue boat -the one with the bow showing possibly come from as it is plainly not on the first shot. I was fooled for a time too because of my mapping and wrong memory as to where I took the first shot. These two were only taken one minute apart and as you say, are simply different viewpoints of the same thing albeit with a marked difference in the result. - Your peek on GE/Streetview reveals all and you are right, an old railway line ran along here too. That same track was our walk back to the cottage but the metallic line, long time removed.

Gotcha'.. thanks Herb'... that's the one point that I was going to raise yesterday.. but didn't.. the small 'bridge' of the red and white boat can clearly be seen here on this pic.... then on your 'Fishermans corner' shot the bridge has disappeared ... and I wondered if that was your ''how is it so different'' question... I even thought the boat had been moved.. until I checked your shoot times...It really had me scratching my head... I have wood splinters in my fingers to prove it..

A nice demo of how p.o.v.'s make such a difference. I could not understand where the extra boat came from :)

Interesting old houses here, Herb. As mentioned already, what a difference is made by changing the p.o.v.

Thanks George, a lot of interest here as you say, also a lesson in p.o.v.'s perhaps.

Almost at the end of this village Jose. On editing the previous photo, I had forgotten how close the whole thing was to the houses. Glad you liked it.
