Since ENMAX tends to upgrade their system constantly, I was surprised to see 4kV distribution still up in the air when I was at a hockey game this weekend! Unfortunately the weather wasn't too good so I was unable to gather any photos. All 4kV substations are gone now so I'm looking to see if I can find any pole step-down transformers or pad-mounts.
