If this was due to vandalism those responsible should be ashamed of themselves! If caused by an accident I hope no serious injury. That wheel as well as the tire, can hopefully be repaired.
I really like your presentation Wierd, but then you always seem to know just how to show off the image. :)

Ouch! I've seen too many of these. People tend to lock their bikes to signs and meters and when a parking car does not see them, the bicycle loses.

When I saw your photo, I immediately had to think of some bicycles, which are parked at our railway station and after a while become victims of theft or vandalism. I would never turn off a new precious bike there. There are just too many characterless scoundrel without decency and manners these days. :(

Very well and effectively absorbed by you! The sight is particularly dramatic in these sepia colors.
