Excellent Diana.........I like the dry stone wall and the vibrant green of the grasses. The standing stones along the horizon look fascinating, even surrounded by a fence. Lovely sunshine too.

HFF to you. I hope you have a good weekend and that you are safe and well. We started our Lockdown v2.0 today (5th) which will last for around a month. We shall be keeping a low profile.

Dry-stone walls are called stone fences in Norway. This couldn't be further from Australia, and although we live much nearer I have never visited this part of Scotland. Such an interesting pace. I'm sure you got mush closer than this.

TERRRRRIFIC!!! I am such a huge fan of stone fencing, especially when it's like this. Such cool texture and a super leading line through the image too. Looks like a marvelous place to visit, should I be so lucky some day!

A Very different view from Oz it shows us just what we miss out on as well. love the view point saw many of these in 82' in England. HFF you enjoy the coming freedom in Oz though.

Really nice distant view of the Callanish stones, Diana. I think it was perfect to include the more modern diagonal low wall. It makes the distant upright stones even more intriguing.
