Christmas lights

Some Melbourne suburbs have developed a tradition where streets of houses are decorated with Christmas lights. In turn, this attracts crowds of visitors (the nights are warm) and even ice-cream vans! More images in the PiPs. This is the first Fence Friday since I returned from travels, so I hope I'm excused for posting a Christmas set in the new year.

It is a very different for us to understand Christmas in the summer!
The past few years England has done similar, with thousands of LED lights on some houses.
