Horseplay: Donkey ride

Inspired by The Sunday Challenge "things that go together, I shot the picture that illustrates the relationship between me and my wife. In Chinese astrology I'm a horse, and my wife is a monkey. But of course my alter ego is a donkey who carries all the shopping bags home and is the ass in the house to blame =D
However, monkey and donkey get along surprisingly well because donkey sometimes turns into a horse... =)
Under construction

This is a project of testing how to construct an image bit by bit, adding a layer after another, every now and then. I will "abuse" PicMonkey textures tool and Ipernity feature to replace old version with new ones, to add elements into the picture. Do notice your possible comments will assess an unfinished work ;-)
EDIT 20140830: Empty canvas uploaded.
EDIT 20140901: Silhouette of an amateur photographer added.
EDIT 20160908: Sunset texture and PicMonkey 'Intrepid' effect added.
