"...of the Yahtzee game is to score the most points by rolling five dice to make certain combinations. The dice can be rolled up to three times in a turn to try to make one of the thirteen possible scoring combinations. A game consists of thirteen rounds during which the player chooses which scoring combination is to be used in that round. Once a combination has been used in the game, it cannot be used again."
-Wkipedia, description of the Yahtzee dice game
EDIT: Technical details. GIMP 'Fractal trace' tool used to multiply the picture of one die. docs.gimp.org/en/plug-in-fractal-trace.html

"In homes, a haunted apparatus sleeps,
that snores when you pick it up.
If the ghost cries, they carry it
to their lips and soothe it to sleep
with sounds. And yet, they wake it up
deliberately, by tickling with a finger."

"Caxtons are mechanical birds with many wings
and some are treasured for their markings –
they cause the eyes to melt
or the body to shriek without pain.
I have never seen one fly, but
sometimes they perch on the hand."

"Earth was believed to be flat. At the edges of Earth was Lintukoto, "the home of the birds", a warm region in which birds lived during the winter. The Milky Way is called Linnunrata, "the path of the birds", because the birds were believed to move along it to Lintukoto and back. Modern science has confirmed migratory birds do indeed follow the course of the Milky Way while migrating to warmer Southern lands and back. In Modern Finnish usage, the word lintukoto means an imaginary happy, warm and peaceful paradise-like place."

a key is turned to free the world
for movement, so quick there is a film
to watch for anything missed."

"Only the young are allowed to suffer openly.
Adults go to a punishment room with water but nothing to eat.
They lock the door and suffer the noises alone.
No one is exempt and everyone’s pain has a different smell."
