Minehead Promenade & Harbour.

I think you can only get as far as Taunton by National Rail. The bit between Taunton and Minehead is a heritage railway line.

Yes you're right Keith. From Bishop's Lydeard to Minehead is the longest heritage line in the country I believe. I have been on it several times and absolutely love it! The little stations are so beautiful and well cared for. One time I got off at Dunster, but a warning....it's quite a walk to the village! ;-))

A lovely series from Minehead Rosa. The main shot of the promenade and beach with imposing forested hill is beautifully illuminated by the light. I'm impressed with the sculpture in the PiPs, very striking!
