Dinton Village Church ~ Wiltshire

A walk around the Wiltshire village of Dinton, in the Nadder Valley. It is 21 miles from my home and 8 miles west of Salisbury. I usually pass through it on the way to Salisbury, but decided to take a left turn and investigate the village. There are some beautiful buildings and a large parkland and woodland area around Philipp's House, a National Trust property. The land is free to roam but the house is closed at the moment.

Two lovely images Rosa.................Dinton seems to be a beautifully kept place and this church is really impressive.

I really like your composition in the main image but I love the detail you've captured in the PiP and the two images work perfectly together.

Yesterday's weather was really lovely, but today is very overcast and windy......no rain (yet) though. It's not looking good for the rest of the week either :-(
